Professional Interests
I have been a Clinical Psychologist since 1996 and also hold a doctorate in Sociology. As such, my interests focus on the intersection of mental health and social circumstance and both the art and science of therapeutic intervention. In the Department of Family Medicine, I am the Behavioral Science Director, responsible for the development and continual revision of the psychology portion of the curriculum for our residents. My practice is broad in focus and direction: individual, couple, and family therapy; resolution of workplace issues and concerns; and women’s issues.
