Professional Interests
Dr. Asplund is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine and is a team physician for the Ohio State University. His clinical interests include sports medicine and problems related to endurance athletes. He teaches medical students, residents and fellows in the realms of family medicine, sports medicine, and patient-centered medicine. He also is an active endurance athlete competing in Ironman triathlons, marathons, and long-distance bicycling events.
