Crisafi-Monte Primary Care Cardiopulmonary Grant Program
Monies from eastates of Bertha and Jack Crisafi and Clara and Victor Monte were used in November 1990 to estabilish the Crisafi-Monte Fund. The Primary intent of all work supported by the Fund is the individual patient in family medicine and/or primary care. At present, annual income is approximately $70,000. Ninety percent of the earnings income supports teaching, research, and scholarship in diseases of the heart, lungs, and related disorders. The remaining income is reinvested in principal. Application deadlines are January 15 and June 15.
