It was recently announced that Dr. Milisa Rizer, Associate Professor of Clinical Family Medicine, was appointed to the Ohio Pandemic Flu Advisory Board, an organization of experts led by the Ohio Department of Health. Other family physicians also appointed include Drs. Angela DeJulius and Boyd Hoddinott. Dr. Rizer and colleagues will serve as regional experts on pandemic flu preparedness and implementation of the state's response system if a pandemic should occur.
